The Sales Operations Lead (SOL) is a valuable resource for the Regional Sales Operations team. In addition to their standard Sales Operations Specialist (SOS) responsibilities, the SOL will provide additional support to the regional Director of Operations to help maintain a successful operational sales process. SOL will refine and manage the internal Deal Registration process for the region as well as assist with other regional and corporate projects, as needed.

Partner to the North America Sales team and work directly with our customers to support their Veeva software subscription orders. Create and process subscription and renewal opportunities and quotes in a timely and accurate manner. Answer customer questions about the order process and provisioning status.

The Sales Coordinator performs a variety of duties to assist the National Field Sales Team (NFS) with the goal to increase efficiency and quality by removing obstacles standing in the way of higher production, including communicating with borrowers and assisting with proposals/applications. They will arrange and coordinate local meetings and events, as well as, maintain databases of clients and/or referral partners via SalesForce.
